Please note that until you are confirmed, as a member of our organisation,
Concord will not supply any details about us.
We have been asked, by them, to refer you directly to them to initiate your accounts. Once you have
your accounts set up with them you then proceed to give us the relevent deposit details. Until Concord confirms the
status and details of your Escrow Account with us your application remains non -activated and access to
all areas of the program remain off limits.
Upon confirmation to us, from Concord, of the required bond being cleared by them, you
will receive a confirmation link and be issued with a membership number, a temporary password, and a log
in link, via the email details we hold on file from your initial application.
If you change your email address at any time you MUST submit a support ticket through
the HELPDESK.
As soon as you log in you will be required to change your password and this change will be
confirmed by email.
